Dancehall artiste Popcaan is making it clear that he won’t be releasing an Alkaline diss track anytime soon.

According to reports the “Unruly Boss” claims the Vendetta deejay only wants to feud with him now to stay relevant in the competitive Dancehall industry.

“Popcaan cares zero about this so-called beef and even care less about Fishkaline (Alkaline),” sources close to Popcaan told Dancehall HipHop earlier this week. “As far as we see things he is just trying to use a beef with Poppy to stay relevant. He could have done this last year but didn’t, so why all of a sudden this hype thing,” the source added.

The Unruly vs Vendetta feud was reignited earlier this month after Popcaan released a diss track titled “Stray Dog.” A few days after Alkaline shocked Dancehall fans when he declared an all-out war with the release of “Microwave” which was followed by “Death To Microwave.” The ‘Unruly Boss’ has since been silent however his former mentor Vybz Kartel defended him with “Closed Casket.”
